1800's Ballroom Chair Worth Anything?

I'm ridding my home of "superfluous" pieces and wondered what kind of fair price should I put on this piece. I don't know much about this piece - fabric is in good condition, chair is solid and has Minerva carving at the top. One small nick, hardly noticeable, on the arm.
Ballpark estimate? Does anyone even recognize this? I wish I knew more.
