1837 Quenn Anne Cherry Dining Set

Looking for a estimated value, for a 1837 Queen Anne Cherry Dining Set, in excellent condition. Also looking for info on best way to restore chair seat covers and maintian value. They are covered in white cloth, the cloth is not in real bad shape but I would like to use the set, and that would most likely destory existing material in a short period of time. Is it okay to just remove and re-apohlster or should I put new material over existing material? Or is it best to seek professional help and have it restored? Any advise would be helpful, thank you!
