Antique Buffet

From the Front - Unknown maker - Buffet
I recently inherited this buffet from my grandmother's estate. There are not many manufacturer marks on it but here's what it does have.
On the back in stenciled print "No 200. Buffet"
On the inside of the right hutch it has some script most likely written in grease pen. The numbers are in cursive and appear to list dimensions.
Under the bottom drawer, the number 17 and the number 296.
Anyone know the maker of this piece. It has veneer on the top, as well as the other flat areas.
