Antique Dresser I need to know more about please

I purchased this dresser about 10 years ago from a small shop that is no longer in business. I never asked any questions about it, just saw it, fell in love and bought it. Now I am curious :-D I found a tag stapled to the back but can't make out everything it says. The first line has the name of a furniture company stamped on it but but can only make out ___don C_____ Furniture. Then it says Roanoke Virginia. Handwritten below that is JO Williams Steamship Line. Written below that is Grand Rapids Home Furnishings and stamped below that is San Diego, CA. The attached mirror has 710 written on its back and the dresser has the same number written on its back too. I would love to know approximately when this dresser was made and where. Thanks much!
