Antique settee furniture- 4 piece set

My husband found this furniture under an old house in the late 60's while doing a termite job on the house, the owner had died and the new owner didn't want it and gave it to my husband. He in return gave it to his mother who had it upholstered twice, last time being spring 2008. The furniture has claw feet with casters on the front and the back legs are straight with no casters and it was originally stuffed with horse hair. We would like to know how old it is and what it's worth as his mother died and everything has to be sold.
