Antique six legged table

This is a unique table that belonged to my Grandmother who had it prior to her death 40 years ago. I am not at all sure of the complete history of it or how old it is, but the 6 legs seem unique to me. If anyone has any information on this style of table or any other information (i.e. era, manufacturer, style, etc.) I would love to hear from you!
