Hi there we have purchased this lounge sweet from a gentlemen that owned a beautiful old qlder whom had purchased the lounge many years ago for a few thousand dollars, and he claims it to be 1920"S maple. There is some beautiful scroll work feet, heads of chairs- which appear to be some sort of crown it is in fantastic condition and is light weight. The wood on the arm rests seems a little speckled like there are dots through it.At the back and the side of the chairs it is cane in very good condition, and the feet seem to be like eagle claw bun feet. I am just wondering if you know the wood whether it is indeed maple like he claims and the era and the style and what it could be worth today, thanks so much kathy
