Antique straw seat chair

I recently bought this chair along with a desk from someone who didn't want them. I've been trying to find out some info on the chair but haven't found much. Someone told me it looked like Queen Anne because of the front legs but the back looks sort of like a Windsor chair. And I have no idea of the date. Anyone seen anything like this???
