antique wardrobe / desk?

I found at a yard sale today a antique wardrobe / desk.

The drawers on the left side are hand cut dovetail. The top drawer opens and the face comes down. Inside is a cut out for a ink bottle and in the back it has slots. all drawers and wardrobe has skelton key locks. I have no key but they are not locked. on the drawers it has wood knobs. All drawer have no extra holes, The back I can see some nails, They are old I can tell, but I'm not sure how to date nails. Does this sound like anything you know. Also has a mirror that goes on the desk,
