Any idea on this Antique Dining Set

Hello. This dining room set was given to me from my grandparents. I was told they bought it when they were married. The only name i can find on it is WEAVER. It also says PAT # 931 Witch i assume means patent # My grandparents lived in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
