Box Sofa from Bob Ford's Girls New Orleans

Sweet Dreams Sofa

Have no idea what style or age this mahogany box sofa is. I do know that the man who reupholstered it said it may have been one of a kind. Back in the 70's when this came into my family a friend found a coffee table book about the history of prostitution. There is a picture of THIS couch with the caption...Bob Ford's Girls New Orleans. Would be happy to scan and send the picture. From dating clothing in items in photos I'd say it was taking early 1900's. crumlch@hotmail.com
