Can anyone identify this for us?

this is the tall one
We have acquired a set of dressers and we have no idea what kind they are or what year they are. We are curious to know as much about them as possible. They are very beautiful, with Serpentine sides, lots of decorations on them and the taller one has a nice compartment on the top of it also.
We've never seen anything like them anywhere. I am sending a picture of the tall one. Please help us figure out what it is called and how old it is.
