Can you please help me identify my Mother's chair?

This is my Mother's chair, she picked it up in east Tennessee back in the 70's and we just can't find anything out about it. I've looked in lots of books and at gobs of web sites and haven't seen a chair where the arms curl under at the front legs like this one does. We have looked it over really well and can find no markings on it, of course that does not include under the cloth. We don't want to take the chance of destroying the cloth by trying to remove it to look for a maker's mark. I'm almost positive it's made out of red oak but I may be wrong.
Anything you can tell us about the chair will be greatly appreciated!!
Thank you for your time and God Bless!
