Can you tell me what this might be

Love Seat

I have a set of furniture including an arm chair, a love seat/setee, a platform rocker and a side chair.
I was wondering if you might tell me the period, the wood and the approximate value?
I also have a wonderful oval center table. I believe it is mahogany but again I cannot be positive.
I have been told the furniture is Edwardian? but I am not so sure and the wood walnut?
