Octagonal top tulip base table
Hello! I found a tag on this table that says Century Furniture Company, Grand Rapids, MI on it. I did Google this name and found minimal information but learned that Century made some wonderful furniture. I see some white chalky writing on the bottom, but it is illegible to anyone.
I bought it at my friend's mother's auction after she passed away (she was an antiques dealer). I bid on this piece because I have never seen another table like it, and sometimes unusual is oddly beautiful. It is a solid piece!!
