Chair lion and scroll decoration replacement

At one time, my old chair had two carved lion heads glued on each end at the top of the back of the chair. It only had one remaining when I got the chair and removed it when being restored because it was very warped from being exposed outside. It also had detail work that was glued onto the "back" of the chair but was also very warped from outdoor exposure and had to be removed in pieces. Where can I go to to find similar replacement woodwork or would a craftsman have to custom make them for me? Thanks for your time and advice! Jeff
