Chest of Drawers with Secretary drawer

I have no idea how old this is, but do know that it looks as it if has been refinished. We bought it because of the unique secretary drawer. When closed it looks just like the rest of the drawers, but opens up into a "mini" secretary desk. It's not in the greatest shape as you can see, but it was interesting enough for us to purchase. I know next to nothing about furniture styles and ages, but thought perhaps someone else was more familiar. I can't seem to find anything like it on the web, but perhaps that is simply because I don't exactly know what to call it! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
