Chest of serendipity
Saturday morning as I'm taking the weeks newspapers to the bin. My eye falls on this wonderful old chest. Great dovetails, square nails, original finish, clean no rot, even smells good. What a score.... In the last couple of days 2 people offered to buy it. One offered $170 but I said I had to think about it. I really like it but can anyone tell me a bit about it and give me some idea what it's worth. I'm not rich by any means but it would be nice to know what I have here. Thanks for any help you can give.
