Could you please help me date and Identify this vanity table...

Antique Vanity Table

My mother gave me this vanity when I was a teenager 30+ years ago. I know she bought it at an antique store here in Pennsylvania, but thats all I know about the history.

It has a tri-fold mirror that goes on it, the drawer is nailed, no dove tail. It had wooden wheels, only one has survived and the bottom of the drawer is gone.
