Dining room set from Hickory Mfg. co.

I have a dining set made by Hickory Manufacturing Company, in Hickory, North Carolina. The table, hutch, and china cabinet were purchased by my parents in late 1972 or early 1973 from a church that was redecorating its parsonage. They believe it was at least 15 years old when they got it.
The table is 42in W x 62in L x 30in T with out the 16in removable leaf.
The hutch is 62in W x 20.5in D x 36in T and has the numbers 5003 stamped on the bottom of all the drawers.
The china cabinet is 48in W x 15in D x 72in T and has the numbers 5011 stamped on the bottom of the drawers.
The chairs were replaced in the early 1980's, that match remarkably well, that were manufactured by American Drew of High Point, North Carolina.
The table has a number on the bottom, but is to faint to read. The leaf, which is still stored in the original box, has the number 200 on it.
I am trying to find a replacement value for the set in case it becomes damaged in an upcoming move. I have more pictures if they are needed.
