Dining Set with Hutch

I bought this dining set from an used furniture store and was wondering what it is worth and how old it is. I was considering replacing the material on the seats by a professional company.

The table is nine feet long when both leafs are in place. There are 6 chairs (very heavy-50pounds each), two chairs have the arms. The seat base is very wide and deep. The table base is very large and the woodwork designs are detailed. The hutch cabinet is two pieces stacked atop one another. It has a type of crown molding on the top with the same type of pillar look along the sides as does the base of the table.

The hutch is extremely heavy..taking several men to move it.

I hope someone can look at my posted pictures and share any knowledge and price point suggestions.
