Gargoyle Table

I have a long, slim table that is apparently the type that goes behind a couch.... It is dark wood and has carved gargoyles holding up the table top -I don't have the picture right now as I just kind of stumbled upon this website today-but I could provide one. In the meantime, does anyone know of any others, where it could have come from or when it was made? I got it out of a building in Detroit that was built in 1929..... thanks
