Grandmother's Antique Dining Table and Chairs

I have inherited my grandmother's dining room set. My brother had it for quite a while and had it refinished. I am trying to find out the age of the set, style, etc. The mechanism that latches it underneath has a date of September 28, 1909. It slides apart to add the leaves (of which there are three). It is 48" wide and 66" long without the leaves; 96" with all leaves (10" each). There are six chairs one of which has arms. It has claw and ball feet. There are numbers on the table (2836 and 738) and on the leaves (2354). On one of the slides, there is something written in cursive. I can only make out the "sl" and "es" (is it "slides?"). It looks like initials of AJ just underneath that. Thank you.
