Hamilton Cabinet

Hamiton Type Set Cabinet with 20 drawers; measures 38'h x 22"d x 27" w. 11 drawers have Hamilton handles, 9 drawers have generic. Wood damage to the lower back.

I found this for sale and I have a friend who would like something like this - how much is it worth so i know what to pay?
