Help me identify this dining set

Dining room set

I just inherited this dining room set after the passing of my mother. My parents bought this set with the house they lived in, it had belonged to an older woman who had passed away and the family just wanted her things gone. I have no idea if it is worth anything but it is beautiful and we had many great family meals around it so I am just wanting to know more about it. The table, chairs, and buffet are in immaculate condition. I can't wait to get them moved into my new home. Any information about age, maker, and value would be greatly appreciated.
