How much this Sofa worth?

What I know about this sofa/couch is:
* it was a Farmer's couch with no arms
* arms were added at a later date and received new fabric
* woodwork is hand-carved but unsure as to what the wood is
* sofa/couch was again refinished in the 90s

We are trying to sell this piece of furniture but would like advice as to the most affective forum. Any advice and information is greatly appreciated.
