CC41 = English utility furniture from 1941
by: Anonymous

This is the mark used in the UK to denote furniture built within the guide lines set by the government to control the use of resourses during WWII. CC41 (known as the "cheeses") was introduced in 1941. The meaning of the CC bit was not specified. The mark does not indicate the manufacturer or designer of the item only that it is a cheap & simple piece. I bet it will become very collectible in the future...

It's not Lloyd Loom it's a mark Used during the war rationing times for 'utility' clothing & furniture I think....maybe you can research it more now with this info.
