I recently picked up this piece throught an add posted on Craigslist and was looking for some information on it. the pieace is solid oak with a cast iron base labled E.H. Stafford MFG Co. Chicago. it also has the number 4 boldly standing out on both sides the mfg label is only on the side , Right side.
I am looking for info because this desk seems unique atleast from my limited research online I haven't seen another ... like it for sale. this is a 2 seater.. I think, with the inkwell holder in the middle of the desk with 2 pencil groove at the top on either side . the seat is fold up and the overall size is 26" High X ~36" Length x (13 1/2 for desk)(10 1/2 seat)
