Need help identifying antique dresser

We just purchased the dresser shown in the attached picture. On the back, there is a brass plate that shows "Pioneer Stores Limited". Inside the top drawer is a second plate that appears to show (it is very hard to read)- 91019 or 81019 Bold St, Liverpool. Any idea as to how old this piece might be?

Acturallu it says "9 to 19 Bold St."

all bought in Texas as well-
