Need Help Identifying this antique furniture

Need help identifying this piece of furniture that has been in the family. I inherited it from my grandmother. She lived her whole life in Chicago and it probably was acquired in the early 1900's. It looks to be hand carved. Any ideas? I have additional pictures.
