Need help on this antique chair

I bought two antique chairs. One, I think, is a Victorian maple rocking chair, covered in a tapestry. But, I can't find
any information on the other rocker with curved arms and back and carved feet.
Any information anyone can offer on approximate age...maybe value...anything, I'd appreciate very much.
