Please Help Identify this rocker.....

Hello- I received this small antique rocker as a gift. It's really quite beautiful, but quite small, as though designed for a child or very petite adult.

I can't really sit in it very easily, and am considering selling it, ideally to somone who would appreciate it more.

Could anyone provide me with some information about what it likely is, from what time period, and maybe a suggested price or value?
