Restoration project...any idea of age or where it is from?

Hi, I found this inlayed rosewood cabinet, I researched quite a bit, but can not find anything similar. I guess it is a bedside cabinet, my first intuition was dutch, because of the tulips...?
Inlays are satinwood, cedar, maybe boxwood and ebony, ivory and mother of pearl.
It is quite tall...
Any suggestions will help, thank you
