Settee, Chaise Lounge or Daybed ?

I bought this Settee about 5 years ago, in a junk store, it was covered with stuff as I unpeeled the layers that had laid on top of it for what seemed like years, I noticed it was antique, and in need of repair. My question is what was it and did it have any value? The store owner didn't really have a story for it , other than it seemed it was made in the late 1700's. Ive tried to find out more about it to no avail, have let it sit in storage ever since. Please help me find out more about this piece.
Horse hair fill, the arms of the settee lift up and fold down and appear to have a primitive wooden hinge system, large coils in bottom, wooded carved back, arms and feet.
Thank you in advance for any information you can give me.
