Thonet chair or Kohn?

Thonet chair??
I saw an ad for this rocking chair and fell in love with it! Now I'm delighted to say...the chair is mine.
The thing is, the woman from whom I bought the chair thought (for no specific reasons mentioned to me) that the chair was made in Vienna many years ago. Someone else suggested the Phoenix Chair Co., but then again...another said that manufacturers such as the Phoenix Co. simply "borrowed" designs from Thonet/Kohn, et al.
