trying to identify this table

I am currently restoring this table, I have not been able to locate any information on the style. I found a copy of a table leg that indicated that it might be Belville, but nothing more. The latch under the table is marked Nov 1903, the wood is walnut. Any information of this table would be greatly appreciated .
