Unique antique chair, pearl inlay

Who can tell me more about this chair? My father bought this chair including a matching sofa (and another chair) years ago in The Netherlands. Is it Dutch? And who can tell me how old it is? I think it is made by a very good furniture maker because the quality is excellent. The pearl??? inlay is phenomenal. Thanks for anyone who can give me some information!
