Unique Antique Chair

My Mom passed away last year and I have some of her furniture. I have a chair that I have never seen before anywhere. Can you tell me about it and it's value?

The chair is about 21 1/2 inches wide, 31 3/4 inches tall. The arms are very narrow and curve down and the back has a panel approx 8" at the top, 5 3/4 in the middle and 7" at the bottom with connecting leaves around the panel. The legs are straight. Not sure about the wood, maybe mahogany.
