West Michigan Furniture Co. 4 in 1 table

I inherited this unique West Michigan Furniture Co table from a great aunt that had recently moved into a retirement community. I've never seen a table such as this and can't seem to find any reference to it on the web. The table stores as small as approx. 12 in. wide by 36-40 in. long. It then folds out to seat 4-6 people comfortably. If you remove the center strip of wood from the top, you can pull it apart and reposition the legs so that when expanded, will seat 12 people comfortably. Its made from maple, and looks to be solid. Anyone have any reference materials on this table? I even have typed instructions from West Michigan Furniture Co on how to "open " the table.
