hutch, buffet, dry sink?

I'm told that this is an old piece of kitchen furniture. Some have called it a dry sink, some a hutch, and one called it a buffet. I inhertited it from my daughters granfather. I'm a simple tree climber and don't know of such things. I've fallen on some bad times and now must sell this piece. I would REALLy appreciate ANY information you could give me, and I'm prepared to take more detailed pictures to help identify.
