what type of chair is this??

I bought these 6 chairs as a set off of Craigs List. My plan was to recover them to go with an antique dining room table I had. I got engaged, had a baby, and moved in with my fiance who already had a household full of furniture. Now, I want to sell these chairs, but have no idea what style they are, what type wood they are, or how much they really are worth. They have the original springs and horsehair. Does anyone have any idea what I have?
