What year would this be

I found this chair behind a wall that came down in our house it was all taken apart and put there. Does anyone know what era this would be from? There is a name carved into the front "H.Zlatahov" which is beautifully engraved .The legs are carved lion heads. The nails holding the Upholstery are hand made, its stuffed with I think hair and hay I am not sure Any help would be appreciated.
