What's this sofa worth?

Antique sofa
We purchased this piece a few years back and would like to know the time period and possible value. Note the detailed scroll-work at the top and turned feet and arms. This piece is in good condition and is VERY heavy! There's a tear under the left cushion. Can anyone help us date/value this piece?
