Who made the desk of Mr. Frederick Douglass-Slave-Orator

Ladies and Gentlemen, Can you identify the roll top owned by Frederick Douglass? (SEE; http://www.earlyofficemuseum.com/Late%2019th%20Century%20Desktop/Federick_Douglas_Desk_OM_2.jpg) Do you know without hesitation the manufacturer of this desk? I am confident it is circa 1880's, yet I can not seem to find any information as to the manufacturer. I am curious being the owner of the exact style roll top to the minutest detail, (the 11 cubbyholes across the top, two hidden pen drawers toward center top, recessed circular pulls for opposing drawers on top, smooth curved brace between the main drawer base, three linear groves above and below each drawer pull on each main drawer, recessed double panel style around entire desk all oak) except mine is 60" wide. I believe the desk in the picture to be a few inches less wide. I have examined my desk extensively for some kind of marking to no avail. It seems to be all original with no apparent renovation or drawer bottom replacement. It is truly beautiful and well taken care of. The key cover on the roll seems to be original, yet without marking. I love this desk and will be handing it down to my son. (A green Beret) I have no intention to sell. I would just like to acquire accurate history as to it's origin. Any help would be much appreciated. I spend hours each day trying to solve this. Thank you from Townsend, Tn.
